EXPERIENCED Residential HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an Experienced Residential Hvac Technician with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

We understand that talented techs might be feeling burned out, overlooked, or stuck chasing quotas. Here, we prioritize quality work, mutual support, continuous learning and work life balance.

This job posting is ideal for a technician that understands the industry and has felt the shift, we have felt it also. We choose to stay small to ensure we can keep commitments to our customers and our team. Our service area is focused so there is less drive time between calls and on-call responsibilities are fair and flexible. We’re looking for someone local, as the position will start soon and might not be the best fit for someone needing to relocate.

Primary Responsibilities.
Trouble shooting, Repair and Maintenance of Residential Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Garage Heaters, Hot water tanks, Humidifiers and IAQ.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
