Job Description

True North Heating and Cooling is a quality over high volume residential company. You must be indentured or possess a license of either: Gas A, Gas B, Refrigeration, or ventilation.
You enjoy correcting hvac systems that are not to code or not performing well.

This role will consist of:

40+ hours per week installing residential hvac equipment, meeting or exceeding local code, manufacturers specifications and company practices.
Van stock management and maintain company vehicle for mechanical and cleanliness needs.
Maintaining a respectable and professional work environment. Communicating with customers to answer questions, provide user information and process final billing.
Communicating, training and/or working along side the field manager.
