“Thank you for your honesty and your integrity. A class act all the way! I’ll pay fair price for that any time! I had a new furnace installed about a year ago by a competitor. You guessed it – a boatload of money. After just short of a year the furnace wouldn't heat the house properly. The installer abandoned his work while the unit was still probably under warranty coverage for labour and certainly parts. Briefly, a bee had got in the unit and plugged the water drainage line and that resulted in the furnace faulting when heat was called for. Finding that was actually quite amazing. Corey worked on the problem for probably 4 hours in total and would not quit until he found it and of course fixed it – he presented me with the carcass! These guys are my “go to” on HVAC stuff from now on. True North gives St. Albert some much needed credibility in the sales and service sector.”

“We first used true north heating and cooling to replace our furnace last year after someone else had missed a crack in our heat exchanger which I now know can be dangerous. Recently had them out again to repair an old air conditioner that came with the house, we weren't sure if it could be fixed. “I can’t say anything but I found a gem of a company here in St. Albert. True North will be on my speed dial as long as I own a furnace or air conditioner.
